I was able to virtually attend some of the workshops, and found them engaging and stimulating. What I really regret, though, is the lost opportunity to connect in real life with members of my PLN. I'll be in San Antonio, and hope to meet up with a vast and rowdy group of edubloggers and tweeters. I know it's a huge, some say unworkable, conference, but I'll be focused on my world within a world, the people I've come to know and value through the Internet. If I can make next year's EduCon I will. Until then, I'll dream of sunny skies and warm smiles. diane Vinnie,
