		<description>I&#039;m just thinking about this exact topic this week. It&#039;s so important not to forget the people that actually spend the most time with the kids. They need to feel just as (perhaps even more) comfortable with the tools their children are learning as the teachers do. But they&#039;re so much easier to forget because we may not see them every single day.</description>
